Oracle Property Manager has lots of bugs. After you get past the bugs, it works great. I am an end user.  I am intersting in talking to end users who are implementing or have implemented this software so we can share our experiences and best practices. We have also implemented the Oacle Property Manager OPEX dashboard which is new functionality in R12 and have been using it since September 2010.
