Public R12 Vision Instance

Hi all,
Besides the Solutions Beacon R12 Vision instance, does anyone know of a public R12 Vision instance that can used for testing purposes?
I found a website where someone is selling a personal R12 Vision instance on a hard-drive using a virtual machine for $350 USD. Does anyone know if this is possible or is it just a scam? I am not a DBA so I am not sure if this is even possible.

I am trying to study for my R12 OCP certification and needed an instance to practice that doesn't have as many errors and data issues as the Solutions Beacon instance.

Hi,
How to get user name and password for vision instance in this site. Since I want to practice full setup from Business group to Projects Implementation setup. I need sysadminstraor responsibility access for this.

I went to the oraclecontractors.com and registered. They sent me a userid which was my email address and the password I registered with at the site. When I went back to the site to login to the Apps, I cannot log in using my email address as userid and the password I designated. Can anyone offer any guidance? Anyone actually getting on the apps at this site? I also used the "help" function, which says I should get an email with new password (or instructions on how to reset it). Still not email though...

While accessing R12 on oracle contractor using either
http://ix-lin03-contractors.fs-server.com:8000/OA_HTML/AppsLogin or
http://ix-lin03-contractors.fs-server.com:8000/ is opening an error page with following message
Error Page
You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance. and Log Out Link on click of it noting will happen
Please can any body help me to overcome this

Hi Gururaj,
If you are looking to get rid of such problems you can get access to visions instance at the very minimal monthly cost
Pay only 2,000/- INR for uninterrupted instance access.
reply back to register yourself and get an id
